1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return most new, unopened items purchased from mccornick.store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Opened or partially used food items, for hygiene and safety reasons, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return
